How much is too much?
I think most of us enjoy the odd glass or even a Friday night binge. People’s perception of drinking can also be vastly different. Some may see drinking at home perfectly normal whereas some prefer to only drink socially in company or at a pub/restaurant. Some may feel one or two glasses an evening is acceptable. Others may consider one or two bottles an evening perfectly fine.
Only you can decide what is right for you but if you find yourself drinking out of habit more than enjoyment and you feel you are stuck in a rut get in touch. It’s easy to feel something is missing and therefore we “give in to temptation”. The fact is, it’s the behavioural pattern we have established that is missing as opposed to the alcohol. Hypnotherapy can break the pattern of behaviour easily so you won’t feel like you are missing out.
Do I have to stop drinking altogether?
I’m not suggesting you need to stop drinking alcohol entirely, unless you really want to. What I mean is, you may just want some help to get out of the habit of drinking everyday. You may just wish to cut out drinking at home. All you need to do is decide what your aim is and we can go from there.
